We are Warringtons only professional serviced apartment company.
Having developed the serviced apartment service in Warrington over 10 years ago we now manage over 25 ful spec serviced apartments in 5 locations throughout the town.
Sited in the best locations we can offer adjacent apartments for group bookings.

Costs and Locations
Bold Street, Central Warrington
from £poa per week (1 bed / 1 shower)
Old Quays, South Warrington
from £poa per week (1 bed / 1 shower)
Chapelford Village, West Warrington
from £poa per week (2 bed / 1 bathroom)
Grand Central, Central Warrington
from £poa per week (2 bed / 1 bathroom)
All costs are plus VAT. (VAT is 20% for first 28 days and then 4% there after)
Minimum booking is 5 days (you can stay for only two days if you like but the minimum charge is 5 days).
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY SERVICED APARTMENT?
Every apartment is fully furnished with all items needed for a comfortable and stress free stay. We provide everything from furniture to housewares, linens, towels etc. House-keeping (if specified) and utilities are provided. All apartments have free broadband and Smart TV though you will need your own Netflix accounts etc.
IS THERE A MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY?
At ebutler Apartments shorter stays are available at certain locations (available on request). Most stays are a minimum 5 days. Though you can stay for less than 5 nights, there is a 5 night min charge.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE COST?
The costs above cover all of the costs for the apartment inclusive of utilities and weekly maid-service. House-keeping more frequently than once a week is available on request and under a separate charge.
